If you are doing any of our encounters, a waiver will need to be filled out before you are able to participate in the encounter.
*You are able to put more than one minor on a minor waiver at a time.
For anyone that will be doing a Coral Reef Non-Certified Dive or a Coral Reef Surface Regulator you will need to do the following medical questionnaire before your encounter can be reserved.
